“Every year people in Brighton turn off their TVs, put a chair outside their front door and spend an evening with their neighbours. It’s called Zocalo – the Mexican word for town square. People eat and drink, others just sit and talk. The kids always get excited.”This great event is back for another year – a chance to show that our streets can be more than carparks. To find out more about it and how it works have a look at the Zocalo Website where the above window poster can be found.
